说实话TC是不很好的东西哦,似乎几年前就淘汰了,之所以用这个主要是因为操作起来简单........

估计现在还有不少学校还在用TC 2.0……
IOCCC那种代码玩玩可以，不过完全不值得提倡，个人认为代码的清淅可读性是最重要的。
自己写的某个函数或类，如果你不详细给出输入输出功能及相关注释，过一段时间你搞不好看不懂你自己写的程序……

第二个用VC可以编译，但是文件扩展名必须为.c，也就是说不能当作C++程序。
要说古董级编程工具，我这里很多，例如GWBASIC、True BASIC、Turbo Pascal 3.0、MS Fortran 3.13、MASM 4.0、Turbo BASIC 1.0、VB 1.0 For DOS、PC Logo 4.0、Turbo Prolog 1.1等。
