「contact with」是contact為名詞時的用法，例如「made contact with」，如果是當動詞用，不用跟with。如果附件不是直接放在電郵下面，要另外點擊打開，可以用「Please see the attached file.」或多於一個附件用「attached files」。「knew」也可以改為「noticed」
